Choose a firm that has been in business for at least 5 years. There is nothing wrong with new companies but they may not have the experience you are looking for. Have a list of questions so when you make appointments to meet with the firms and CPA’s you can just fill in the answers. You may end up choosing a company that you weren’t sure about to begin with.
